Please join us for our annual CCCTA & CESPA welcome back picnic on Saturday September 26th at the Rising Sun American Legion from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm. There will be plenty of food, beverages , and desserts for all. Each person attending the event will receive a ticket which can be placed into a raffle for a chance to win great prizes!
